As their sole in-house graphic and ux/ui designer—a role more akin to that of a company’s Creative Director—I was entrusted with developing and managing the visual identity of Brilliant Earth, and advancing design standards throughout their digital presence. Within the first six months, my concepts and methods proved (through rigorous a/b testing) to strengthen brand power and enhance user experience. The visual strategies I spearheaded have been consistently current, exciting and bold, matching the company’s rate of growth and desired competitiveness within its market. I enjoy knowing the effects of my work are reflected in the pride my employers and coworkers feel seeing their company represented professionally in the world.
